Each session starts with a personalised one on one pre-assessment with the physiotherapist to review your medical history, injuries and current complaint. They will then perform a full clinical assessment and formulate the best treatment plan with your strengths, weaknesses, injury risk factors and goals in mind. This may include clinic based physiotherapy or Clinical Pilates, as appropriate.
